Track day, Perth, WA
A terrific bunch of women with a variety of ages and general demographics… all very empowering and encouraging of each other.
I would put this group up on the top of my list as a welcoming, optimistic, fun, encouraging and supportive group.
New riders can feel a bit lost when they approach their first motorcycle.
Strange terminology, lots of weird new things to learn and everybody telling you to be careful, can all be quite intimidating, but the amazing WAWMR crew have put together some terrific support notes from a collation of their member’s experience and skill sets, that is helpful for new riders.

Track day
One of the best ways to see if you like what the group is about, is to pop along to one of their week-night dinner rides or introduce yourself and see if you can find a learner’s shadow in your area, or best of all… attend the fun packed Balingup Biker Babe Muster, long weekend, held annually since 2017.

Exploring…
WAWMR would like to extend an invitation to women riders throughout Australia and New Zealand to join them on their fun packed Biker Babe Muster weekend.

Patience while exploring…
I attended the first Biker Babe Muster and it was the start to some amazing friendships formed, with ladies that are life-long friends.
They don’t give a hoot about what bike you ride, just that you ride… whatever level of riding you’re at, there is something for you… so feel free to bring your Sports bike, Adventure bike, Cruiser or Café Racer; just BE THERE!The roads in the area to ride with your newfound friends are as challenging or sedate as you wish, with plenty of suggested routes, offered up on pre-prepared mud-maps… no matter what type of routes you choose, the scenery around Balingup, in the south-west of Western Australia is simply spectacular… and the hospitality pretty spesh also.
A real fun long weekend of friendship and loads of laughs – come and meet some new Best Friends! It’s a camp out, but if you don’t want to tent it, the other option is an indoor space inside the Recreation Centre, where the event is based.
There are lots of exciting things planned to keep you occupied and enjoying yourself. Keep an eye on the updates here:
